Sponsorship

We are the Blackburn Junior Hawks,  a team of dedicated volunteers who organise  and coach Ice Hockey in the English Ice Hockey Association leagues at Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 levels.  Our teams include over 100 children from all over Lancashire with some  travelling up to 30 miles each way to take part in Ice Hockey. We are committed to providing access to good quality coaching and access to  Ice Hockey for all young people. Our club maintains a large pool store of playing equipment such as helmets, pads and skates to ensure that any child wanting to try Ice Hockey can learn about the sport and whether it is for them before making the investment in their own equipment.

Running the club costs many tens of thousands of pounds every year and despite significant subscription fees we are involved in constant additional fundraising every year to ensure that we can continue. As an example, this year our club major sponsors have been generous in supplying enough funding for a new under 10′s strip. The current one is older than any of the players on the under 10 team!

We believe that our young players  are going to be the future of UK Ice Hockey with our next generation of UK Ice Hockey professionals, players and coaches  likely to be sown at this level.

If you would like to consider sponsoring the Blackburn Junior Hawks we can offer to have your company logo printed onto new strips. In addition to this we would publish your company logo with information regarding your products and services in all our home game programmes and on our website. You would be a welcome guest at our home matches and kept up to date regularly with match reports and photographs of our teams in action.

As you may see from the EIHA website our teams take part in fixtures around a large area of the country ensuring that exposure to your brand is not just local.

We would love to hear of any interest in team sponsorship and have a wide variety of options dependant on the level of sponsorship from sponsorship of the puck at a single game, through provision of some kit for our pool store to sponsoring one of our age group teams for the season as a shirt sponsor.
